How to enrol
The main intake is in January each year, although places occasionally become available throughout the year.

The waiting list for 2025 enrollment for all rooms is open. Please complete the following online form:
The fee to lodge your waiting list application is $30 (non-refundable).
You will be asked for payment of this fee when completing the above online form.
Please note if you have more than one child to put on the waiting list, you will need to complete the form for each child separately, with a waiting list fee payable for each child.
Note that places are allocated in accordance with the Enrolment Policy. Length of time on the waiting list will vary depending on the number of vacancies that occur, and what days of the week can be accommodated.

Frequently asked questions
Effective as of October 2023 our fees are $118 per day.
The Centre has the following additional levies:
- Equipment/ Maintenance levy $100.00 annually per family
- Activity Contribution levy $200 annually per family (Reimbursement based on Fees Policy)
The centre operates 7.30am – 6.00pm 50 weeks of the year. A late fee is charged if children are collected after 6.00pm.
We are closed on public holidays and for 2 weeks over the New Year, which includes a professional development day for our educators.
One educator to every four (1:4) children under 3 years of age.
One educator to every 11 (1:11) children over 3 years of age.
These ratios meet the requirements as prescribed by government regulation.
Yes, all educators are qualified and hold either Certificate III in Children’s Services, a Diploma of Children’s Services, an Advance Diploma of Children’s Services or a Graduate Diploma of Teaching.
CKCC is a registered provider and eligible families can therefore claim certain rebates depending on their individual circumstances.

The CKCC noticeboard and email are the main forms of communications.
Weekly reflections on room-specific activities are uploaded onto Storypark. Individual and term summaries are also included in Storypark on a regular basis.
Every three months, CKCC produces a newsletter for parents, the newsletter is organised by the Director, Committee of Management and educators at CKCC and emailed to all parents.
